3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by private Instagram message after preparing your summary on centered.energy. Payment is arranged through that channel before the reading. No reading begins before both sides agree.

4. Delivery and timing

The answer time is stated when you order. If the service cannot be performed, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code, once a service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with your express agreement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the reading has been completed and delivered. Before it is performed, an order can be cancelled free of charge.

6. Nature of the readings

Readings are guidance and personal interpretation. They are not absolute truth and never replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You remain the sole decision-maker for your choices.

7. Disputes

French law applies. In case of a dispute, please first contact @centered.energy for an amicable resolution. Failing that, a consumer may refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator.
